This is an excellent introductory class to Pilates that focuses on breathing, alignment and core strength. 

CORE BLAST

I’d wanted to try pilates for a long time, but living in the country keeps me a 20 minute drive away from any classes. I was so excited to try Pilates on Demand because I can do it…on demand! I love that I can just log into my member area at any time of the day and all the videos are right there.
