This 30 minute video will isolate all of your core muscles. You will definitely feel a burn after this class! This class will challenge your upper and lower abs, your obliques, the sides of your waist as well as you deep lower back muscles.
This 20 minute video will strengthen the upper back and shoulders. This is a great class for those who work at a desk or sit for long periods of time. This class aims to improve your posture by strengthening those deep upper back muscles and the backs of your shoulders.
