Jessica Dalliday, MA, RKin. CAT(C), Certified Pilates Instructor
My name is Jessica Dalliday, and I am the owner and creator of Pilates on Demand, an online Pilates class platform designed for real women. The classes range from pre-pregnancy, to prenatal, postnatal and beyond.
I created Pilates on Demand to conveniently bring my Pilates and rehab expertise to the comfort of your home. As a busy working woman, I know how hard it can be to fit exercise in. And now as a new mom, it can be even harder because you can’t leave your baby unattended! Pilates on Demand allows for convenient exercise that you can do from the comfort of your own home and that you can trust is safe and good for your body.
With a masters degree in Kinesiology and as a certified Athletic Therapist, registered Kinesiologist, certified Pilates Instructor and certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist, you can feel confident that the exercise chosen for you is right for your fitness level.
Pilates on Demand takes everything you love about fitness classes and brings it to your home. I strongly believe in body positivity and body acceptance and my number 1 mission is to help you feel strong and confident in your own skin.
Here at Pilates on Demand, our mission is to shift the focus from appearances onto all of the other incredible things our bodies can do. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise that safely strengthens the body’s core, while improving posture, flexibility and coordination. We believe that every woman can benefit from a regular Pilates exercise routine and we are dedicated to ensure that women everywhere have access to Pilates no matter how many commitments they have, where they live, what fitness level they are at or what their bodies look like.
Here at Pilates on Demand we know how hard it can be to decide what kind of exercise to do and when to fit it into your busy schedule, that’s why we created a decision-free format of classes we called SERIES and CHALLENGES where all you just have to show up and follow along.
There’s no reason you can’t be happy in the body you’ve got. We’re here to help you set up a better self-care routine so that ultimately, you can achieve your health, fitness and body image goals.
After battling an exercise and eating disorder for many years, my health was put in jeopardy when I found out I wasn’t able to to have kids because of my so called “healthy lifestyle.”
After that, I was determined to start moving my body in a more positive, natural way, rather than trying to use exercise to control the way I looked.
After stopping the restrictive eating and exercising, I am happy to say I have my health and my fertility back!
It has been a hard road but dealing with infertility has taught me so much about myself and others struggling.
I am a strong believer that everyone should have an equal chance at fertility and that is why I am committed to raising awareness and as much funds as possible.
A small percentage of our sales will go towards helping couples and individuals each year who are struggling financially to afford fertility treatments.
No one should have to give up their dreams of being parents because of finances alone.
