Pilates on Demand allows for convenient and safe exercise that you can do anywhere, anytime and at any skill level.
We strongly believe in body acceptance and our number one goal with Pilates on Demand is to help you feel stronger and more confident in the body you have right now.
Our vision is to create a world where we don’t feel like we need to change to fit in.
We want you to take care of yourself regularly so that you can feel happy and confident in the body you have right now. Your body, your abilities, the colour of your skin and your gender/sexual identity should not be the barrier that stops you from achieving your goals and going after your dreams.
Let’s create a world where anyone can feel strong and empowered. Because together, we can make the world a better, safer and more supportive place to live and thrive.
