Our goal is to conveniently, affordably and without judgement – bring therapeutic exercise like Pilates, Meditation and Yoga to the comfort of your home. As a female-owned and operated business, we know how hard it can be to fit exercise into your busy day. Pilates on Demand allows for convenient and safe exercise that you can do anywhere, anytime and at any skill level.
We strongly believe in body acceptance and our number one goal with Pilates on Demand is to help you feel stronger and more confident in the body you have right now.
Our vision is to create a world where we don’t feel like we need to change to fit in.
We want you to take care of yourself regularly so that you can feel happy and confident in the body you have right now. Your body, your abilities, the colour of your skin and your gender/sexual identity should not be the barrier that stops you from achieving your goals and going after your dreams.

Here at Pilates on Demand, we are shifting the focus from appearances onto all of the incredible things our bodies can do. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise that safely strengthens the body’s core, while improving posture, flexibility and coordination.
We believe that everyone can benefit from a regular Pilates exercise routine and we are dedicated to ensure that people everywhere have access to Pilates no matter how many commitments they have, where they live, what fitness level they are at, or what their bodies look like.
We pride ourselves in making our classes as inclusive and accessible as possible by offering classes taught by instructors of different bodies, diverse backgrounds and offer specialty classes for different levels, experiences and abilities.
We also know how hard it can be to decide what kind of exercise to do and when to fit it into your busy schedule. That’s why we created a decision-free format of classes we call SERIES and CHALLENGES where all you have to do is show up and follow along. In addition, you can now schedule WORKOUT REMINDERS directly to your google calendar.

After battling an exercise and eating disorder for many years, her health was put in jeopardy when she found out she wasn’t able to conceive because of her so called “healthy lifestyle.”
After that, she was determined to start moving her body in a more positive, natural way, rather than trying to use exercise to control the way she looked.
After stopping the restrictive eating and exercising, she was happy to say she had her health and her fertility back!
It was a hard road but dealing with infertility taught her so much about herself and others struggling.
She was so much more aware of the unrealistic expectations placed on womens’ bodies especially, and how they can negatively affect our health and our well-being.
That’s why Jess made it her mission to show people that there is so much more to life than looking a certain way; that spending all of our time and energy trying to change ourselves is not going to make us happy.
Jess wanted to show people what’s possible when we stop tearing ourselves down and start lifting ourselves and others up.
