The 30- Day Beginner Challenge

This 30-day Beginner Pilates Challenge is designed to ease you into a new Pilates practice.

After the 30 days of Pilates, you will notice a significant difference in your body.

This is a great place to start if you’d like to “jump-start” your practice and get results quickly.

However, feel free to take this challenge at your own pace – 3-4 classes/week you will notice significant improvements in your body.
