Classes for all levels
You don’t need to be an expert to get the most out of your workouts. We bring convenient and safe exercise that you can do anywhere, anytime and at any skill level with zero equipment.
A great class to start with if you’re new to Barre or if you’re looking to break down the moves and work on your technique. Leslie takes you through the basic movements, without all the props. After just a few intro classes, you’ll be well on your way to principal dancer in Swan Lake! (Well, not quite, but you’ll feel like it!)
Once you’re familiar with the moves, it’s time to ramp up the coordination and the repetitions, focusing on compound movements for the ultimate full body burn. Did we mention sweat? You might want to grab a towel.
