A great place to start is with our Beginner Pilates class that focuses on breathing, alignment and core strength. Emily guides you through each move with exceptional cueing so you know exactly what you are supposed to feel in each movement. After just a few weeks you’ll notice better posture, improved balance and fewer achy joints.
