THE HOW-TO SERIES

This class series breaks down certain Pilates moves so you can learn to do them first before trying them in a class. 

THE PELVIC FLOOR EDUCATIONAL SERIES

This class series explains what the Pelvic Floor is and why you might want to take care of it. It also includes stretches and exercise to hep improve pelvic floor health.

THE MODIFICATION SERIES

This class series modifies certain Pilates moves so you can still participate in all of the classes.

THE PELVIC FLOOR PILATES SERIES

This class series focuses on the pelvic floor as it relates to the entire core. It includes full lenth Pilates classes designed to improve your pelvic floor health.

THE POSTNATAL SERIES

This class series introduces you to the core breath, how to check for Diastasis Recti and includes over 3 levels of postnatal classes, plus a mom+baby class!

THE PRENATAL SERIES

This class series includes prenatal Pilates classes to take you from your 1st trimester to your 3rd trimester. It includes classes designed to improve your pelvic floor health and prepare your body for childbirth.

SHOULDER PAIN

This Scapular Stability Program is designed to slowly and progressivley take you through the appropriate stages of strengthening your shoulders. We start at level 1 and then work our way up to level 5.

NECK AND POSTURE PAIN

This Neck and Posture Program is designed to slowly and progressivley take you through the appropriate stages of strengthening your upper back, neck and shoulder. We start at level 1 and then work our way up to level 5.

KNEE PAIN

This Knee Stability Program is designed to slowly and progressivley take you through the appropriate stages of strengthening your knees. We start at level 1 and then work our way up to level 5.

ANKLE AND FOOT PAIN

This Ankle Stability Program is designed to slowly and progressivley take you through the appropriate stages of strengthening your ankles and improving your balance. We start at level 1 and then work our way up to level 5.

LOWER BACK PAIN

This Lower Back Stability Program is designed to slowly and progressivley take you through the appropriate stages of strengthening your lower back and core. We start at level 1 and then work our way up to level 5.

MUSCLE TIGHTNESS

This Stretching Program is designed to help you stretch each area of your body. All of the stretches in this program are categorized into body parts and areas.
