GET EDUCATED

We recommend browsing our educational classes and series before jumping into our classes. These short videos are designed to help you stay safe when taking our classes.

STEP THREE

TRY A SERIES

Once you’re ready to try a few classes, we recommend trying one of our class series. Series are pre-designed class programs for you to follow and tyou can filter them based on your fitness level and goals. *Take at least 3-4 classes per week to notice results!

BROWSE CLASSES

If you prefer to choose your classes a-la-carte, you can head over to our classes page where you’ll have hundreds of classes of all levels to choose from. Filter classes by diffulty, style, focus, equipment, intructor and body part.
