This 8-part intermediate series will tone and strengthen your entire body.
It’s the perfect series to do after completing the beginner series, as it builds off the foundation you’ve just created!
In this series, we start off with a full body general class taught by Emily, and then we isolate the glutes, the abs, the upper body before going back to full body with Becky. Then we isolate the obliques, do a fun cardio pulse class and finish off with the lower abs.
This series gets harder as you go so get ready to feel the burn and the difference in your body!
Day 1: Intermediate PilatesEmily takes you through a more challenging sequence, building off her beginner Pilates class.
Day 2: Your GlutesThis class really focuses on your glute muscles, working on proper activation and muscle tone.
Day 3: Core BlastIsolate all of your core muscles in with this Core Blast Pilates class.
Day 4: All About ArmsThis class will tone your arms and shoulders.
Day 5: Intermediate Pilates with BeckyBecky really challenges your core stability with different props in this intermediate Pilates class.
Day 6: ObliquesThis class will tone and strengthen those side-bending muscles: your obliques.
Day 7: Cardio PulseGet sweaty with Becky in this Cardio Pulse Pilates workout!
Day 8: Lower AbsThis class focuses on safely strengthening the lower abs.
