Pilates on Demand creates classes with real women in mind. Women who work, have children or simply just have limited time to get to the gym. Our bodies are all perfect in their own way and these classes are designed to bring out the best in you!

Here at Pilates on Demand, we get it! Fitting in exercise is hard, our lives are busier than ever but we know how important it is to stay active and healthy. You can conveniently filter classes by class style, duration or intensity, or follow a series.

CLASS SERIES MAKE EXERCISING EASY

Our class series and challenges are designed to take the guess-work out of exercising. We create a plan for you to follow, so all you have to do is show up.

NEW CLASSES RELEASED WEEKLY

You will constantly have access to new classes as we update our video library weekly and add new series and challenges each month.

Our top priority at Pilates on Demand is to ensure safety to our customers. We only offer videos by highly trained professionals and make sure the exercises in each class are appropriate for your fitness level.

I’d wanted to try pilates for a long time, but living in the country keeps me a 20 minute drive away from any classes. I was so excited to try Pilates on Demand because I can do it…on demand! I love that I can just log into my member area at any time of the day and all the videos are right there.

I’m a complete beginner. When I tried my first video, I was challenged! But Jess provides such great verbal instruction about which muscles I should be targeting(and reminding me to tighten my core!) that I haven’t injured myself.
