Here is what’s new for this challenge:
- Complete daily Body Image journal/reflection. This shouldn’t take more than a few minutes! You can print our journal and complete by hand, open/save the google doc and complete on your device, or copy the prompts into your own journal!
- 6 weekly workout classes; 4 Active Movement, 2 Stretching/Recovery
- Track your progress by commenting on the daily Facebook posts or tell us you’ve completed the class in the website bubble.
