Show your body some love this month with 21 days of Pilates, 10 Fall Recipes and so much more!

Plus by completing the challenge, you will be entered into a draw to win a FREE pair of Art Leggings!

Welcome to the Pilates on Demand OCTOBER CHALLENGE! We are so excited that you are here and cannot wait to get started!

This challenge has 21 workouts spread throughout the entire month of October. Our team as well as all the other women participating will be helping support you during these 4 weeks. We’ve included:

  • A printable calendar for you to follow (PRINT IT OFF TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WORKOUTS)
  • The videos that correspond with each day
  • Links to healthy plant-based FALL recipes for you to make to help make you feel amazing!
  • An accountability Facebook Group (make sure to join it HERE)

And not only that… this challenge has a prize!! The participant that completes all of the workouts and posts each workout (making sure your profile is set to PUBLIC and hashtaging #PODOCTOBER and tag @pilatesondemand.ca on Facebook or @pilatesondemand_ca on Instagram so we can keep track) will be placed in a draw to win a FREE pair of Art Leggings by Rachael Grad Art!!
