Welcome to the Pilates on Demand OCTOBER CHALLENGE! We are so excited that you are here and cannot wait to get started!
This challenge has 21 workouts spread throughout the entire month of October. Our team as well as all the other women participating will be helping support you during these 4 weeks. We’ve included:
- A printable calendar for you to follow (PRINT IT OFF TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WORKOUTS)
- The videos that correspond with each day
- Links to healthy plant-based FALL recipes for you to make to help make you feel amazing!
- An accountability Facebook Group (make sure to join it HERE)
And not only that… this challenge has a prize!! The participant that completes all of the workouts and posts each workout (making sure your profile is set to PUBLIC and hashtaging #PODOCTOBER and tag @pilatesondemand.ca on Facebook or @pilatesondemand_ca on Instagram so we can keep track) will be placed in a draw to win a FREE pair of Art Leggings by Rachael Grad Art!!

OCTOBER CHALLENGEFALL RECIPES

Day 2: Your GlutesThis class really focuses on your glute muscles, working on proper activation and muscle tone.
Day 3: Intermediate PilatesEmily takes you through a more challenging sequence, building off her beginner Pilates class.
Day 4: Inner ThighsThis video will isolate and tone the inner thighs.
Day 5: Intermediate Pilates with BeckyBecky really challenges your core stability with different props in this intermediate Pilates class.
Day 6: Upper Back and ShouldersThis class focuses on strengthening the upper back and shoulders.
Day 7: Pilates Booty BlastGet ready to feel the BURN in this booty-focused class with Becky.
Day 8: ObliquesThis class will tone and strengthen those side-bending muscles: your obliques.
Day 9: BARRE-ish PilatesCardio, pulsing and core - this class has got it all!
Day 10: Foam Roller PilatesChallenge your core stability with this full body foam roller class
Day 11: Arms and AbsTone your arms and abs with this quick, but effective workout with Becky.
Day 12: Lower Body FocusThis class focuses on the lower half including your abs, your hips, your thighs and your bum!
Day 13: Foam Roller AbsThis intense foam roller class will challenge your abs and your stability.
Day 14: Obliques with BeckyIn this shorter class, Becky gives you a killer workout that isolates the sides of your waist.
Day 15: Ring Band Booty BurnFeel the burn from the resistance in this ring band Pilates class.
Day 16: 15 Minute INTENSE Lower Abs PilatesIsolate the lower abs in this intense 15 minute Lower Abs Pilates class
Day 17: Pilates Barre SculptSculpt and tone your core and lower body in this Barre-style Pilates class.
Day 18: Pilates For MobilityMobilize your spine and entire body in this gentle Pilates for Mobility class
Day 19: Cardio AbsGet sweaty while you strengthen your core in this cardio abs class.
