This 8-class series is perfect for those mom’s to-be in their 2nd trimester. During this 8-class series we focus on pelvic floor exercises while working out the whole body. These classes will help you feel more energized and you will create a strong foundation as you move into your 3rd trimester!
This series is safe for 1st and 2nd trimester.
Day 1: Pelvic Floor and Your GlutesGet ready to feel you booty burn in the 30 minutes class.
Day 2: Pelvic Floor and Your ObliquesThis class will tone and strengthen your core and pelvic floor completely crunch-free!
Day 3: Pelvic Floor and ArmsIn this class you will work on defining your biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles.
Day 4: Prenatal – CoreThis class is excellent for those in their 2nd trimester who still want to work out their core but just aren't sure how.
Day 5: Prenatal – LegsIn this 20 minute class we are going to focus on strengthening and toning the glutes, outer thighs and inner thighs.
Day 6: Prenatal – ArmsThis class will strengthen and tone your arms and shoulders. Great for those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
Day 7: Prenatal – Full BodyIn this 20 minute class, we will work the whole body, including our pelvic floor muscles!
Day 8: Prenatal Lower Body SequenceGently stretch and strengthen the lower body to relieve pelvic and SI joint pain due to pregnancy.
