This series is perfect for those mom’s to-be in their 3rd trimester. During this 7-class series we focus on relaxing and restoring the body while including pelvic floor relaxation and strengthening to prepare you for child birth.
These classes will help improve some of the common aches and pains of the 3rd trimester as well as strengthen the areas that need it most.
This series is safe for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Day 5: Pilates for Pelvic PainEase pelvic and pubic bone pain during pregnancy or postpartum with this short Pilates class.
Day 6: 10 Minute Stretch ClassThis quick stretching class is perfect to do before or after a Pilates class.
