Carly is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, holistic nutritionist, and lover of movement. Carly began practicing yoga in 2011 and quickly found the practice to be the perfect way to calm the mind, connect to the body and be in the present moment. Carly loves helping others feel their best on and off the mat and her teaching style is thoughtful, encouraging and playful.
