Yoga, meditation and mindfulness was the trifecta that helped Emily change her life around and find a new pathway to follow. She took her first training, a 500hr international intensive immersed yoga training in Montreal back in 2014. In 2017 she felt drawn to support new moms after giving birth to her own son and became certified in pre and postnatal yoga and from this modality began helping women learn to love the skin they’re in. Throughout the pandemic she noticed her own mental health declining, so followed her curiosity deeper into meditation and found Yoga Nidra, taking a training course in 2020 and using this modality to support herself and those struggling with mental health. Through it all yoga and her practice is home, it’s a safe place for her to be herself and a safe place for you to experience all you are.
