Kristy moves her body for pleasure and celebration! Her goal in life is to help YOU do the same. As soon as she stopped moving solely to change her body was when she truly fell in love with movement and started her body appreciation/acceptance journey. She helps people take a more enjoyable and intuitive approach to movement/exercise outside of diet culture using education, tools/tips, and online yoga inspired movement. She’s been teaching movement and advocating for body acceptance & healthy body image for over a decade. Going from obsessive exercise to moving for joy has changed her life in so many positive ways that she continues to move and share her experience and expertise with you!
