Each class isolates a different muscle group and is only 10 minutes long. This is the perfect series to follow if you’re looking for quick, but intense workouts.
Feel free to repeat this series or re-do classes if there’s a certain area you’re looking to improve.
The 10 Minute Series is designed for those who are intermediate-advanced levels as the moves although quick, can be quite challenging!
