This 10-class Challenge incorporates a variety of equipment to challenge your body in different ways. Whether we are using props to challenge your stability or to add resistance (or both!), the equipment adds a whole new level of intensity.
In this Challenge, we will use:
- A foam roller
- A mini stability ball
- A magic circle
- A ring band
- A light set of weights or toning balls
- A glider or slider
