The Equipment Challenge

This 10-class Challenge incorporates a variety of equipment to challenge your body in different ways. Whether we are using props to challenge your stability or to add resistance (or both!), the equipment adds a whole new level of intensity.

In this Challenge, we will use:

  • A foam roller
  • A mini stability ball
  • A magic circle
  • A ring band
  • A light set of weights or toning balls
  • A glider or slider
