Welcome to the Pilates on Demand MARCH MATNESS CHALLENGE! We are so excited that you are here and cannot wait to get started!
We’re switching things up this month! This challenge is 10 days and starts Monday March 9th. Our team as well as all the other women participating will be helping support you during these 10 days. We’ve included:
- A printable calendar for you to follow (PRINT IT OFF TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WORKOUTS)
- The videos that correspond with each day
- An accountability Facebook Group (make sure to join it HERE)
HERE’S HOW TO WIN:
- Complete all 10 of the workouts (note: you do not have to do the workout on the corresponding day, but you MUST complete all of the workouts by the end of the 10 days to be eligible).
- Make a comment below or comment on our post in the Facebook Group once you complete a class (this is so we can keep track of who’s eligible)
- BONUS ENTRY: Post each workout to Instagram or Facebook (make sure your profile is set to PUBLIC so we can see and share your posts) using the hashtag #PILATESONDEMANDCHALLENGE and tagging @pilatesondemand_ca

*Equipment Needed: Please note for this challenge you will need light weights (~2lbs), a ring band (optional) or resistance band (like a theraband) tied in a cricle.

Day 7: Ring Band Booty BurnFeel the burn from the resistance in this ring band Pilates class.
Day 8: Side Body SweatTone the sides of your body while getting your sweat on.
Day 9: Advanced Mat ClassWork your entire body with Telsi in this full body advanced mat class
Day 10: HIIT PilatesThis High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Pilates class with Telsi will get your heart rate up while working your whole body.
