The Mobility Series

This series features 8 classes that focus on increasing the mobility and flexibility through each joint.

By improving our mobility, we are able to improve our performance in regular daily activities as well as decrease joint and muscle pain.

If you are looking to improve how your body moves, this series is perfect for you.

Note: The last two classes are geared towards women who are pregnant or postpartum and they include pelvic floor cueing. These classes are still safe and recommended even if you aren’t pregnant or postpartum.
