The Pilates Progression Challenge

This 30-class series takes you from beginner, to intermediate to advanced classes. The class progression is structured to help you navigate from taking beginner Pilates classes, all the way to advanced classes.

In this series, each class builds off of the next, challenging you in dynamic ways that will lead to progressive growth in strength, flexibility, mobility and control.

Days 1-10: Beginner

Days 11-20: Intermediate

Days 21-30: Advanced
