The Prop Challenge


This 14-class series is all about Pilates Props!

In this series, you’ll challenge and tone your whole body using almost every Pilates prop including:

  • Toning balls
  • Squish ball
  • Foam roller
  • Magic circle
  • Resistance bands

This is an excellent series if you’re more intermediate/advanced level and looking to up the intensity and challenge your stability. You can purchase all of your equipment under the SHOP section of our website.
