Welcome to the Pilates on Demand SELF-CARE CHALLENGE! We are so excited that you are here and cannot wait to get started!
This challenge has 19 workouts and 5 meditations spread throughout the entire month of February. Our team as well as all the other women participating will be helping support you during these 4 weeks. We’ve included:
- A printable calendar for you to follow (PRINT IT OFF TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WORKOUTS)
- The videos that correspond with each day
- Links to plant-based recipes to help you feel amazing!
- An accountability Facebook Group (make sure to join it HERE)
HERE’S HOW TO WIN:
- Complete all 19 of the workouts (note: you do not have to do the workout on the corresponding day, but you MUST complete all of the workouts by the end of the month to be eligible).
- Make a comment below once you’ve completed a class or write your name on the poll in our Facebook Challenge Group (this is so we can keep track of who’s eligible)
- BONUS ENTRY: Post each workout to Instagram or Facebook (make sure your profile is set to PUBLIC so I can see and share your posts) using the hashtag #PILATESONDEMANDCHALLENGE and tagging @pilatesondemand_ca

*Equipment Needed: Please note for this challenge you will need light weights (~2lbs), a resistance band (like a theraband) and a small squish ball (or a pillow).

Day 9: Self Love Meditation Part 2 – Self LoveNourish your soul with positive and loving affirmations during this Self Love Meditation
Day 10: Intermediate PilatesEmily takes you through a more challenging sequence, building off her beginner Pilates class.
Day 11: Obliques with BeckyIn this shorter class, Becky gives you a killer workout that isolates the sides of your waist.
Day 13: Core StabilityChallenge and improve your core stability in this class using fun and dynamic moves.
Day 14: Intermediate Pilates with BeckyBecky really challenges your core stability with different props in this intermediate Pilates class.
Day 15: Self-Love Meditation Part 3 – Loving KindnessEnhance your relationships with yourself and those around you in this loving kindness meditation practice.
Day 16: Pelvic Floor and ArmsIn this class you will work on defining your biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles.
Day 17: Lower Body FocusThis class focuses on the lower half including your abs, your hips, your thighs and your bum!
Day 19: Side Body SweatTone the sides of your body while getting your sweat on.
Day 20: BARRE-ish PilatesCardio, pulsing and core - this class has got it all!
Day 21: 5 Minute MeditationGet in tune with your body and and mind with this 5 minute meditation practice.
Day 22: 10 Minute Intense ArmsTone your arms and shoulders in this quick but intense Pilates class
Day 23: Belly & BunsThis class strengthens and tones your glutes and abdominals
Day 25: Cardio TwistGet your hear-rate up and strengthen your core in all directions in this Cardio Twist class.
Day 26: 10 Minute Stretch ClassThis quick stretching class is perfect to do before or after a Pilates class.
Day 28: Pilates Barre SculptSculpt and tone your core and lower body in this Barre-style Pilates class.
