The Sweat Challenge (LIVE)


This LIVE 14-class Challenge is all about getting your heart rate up and getting sweaty every day. The challenge includes Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes all designed to focus on those larger muscles groups and getting your whole body moving.

If you’re looking for quicker pace cardio workouts, this is the series for you.

*Please note that some of the classes do include higher impact exercises. Please make sure to listen to your body and modify as needed.
