Stretching is an important part of staying active and taking care of our bodies, but most of us don’t take the time to stretch.

Here’s a quick stretching class that you can easily fit into your day – it only takes 10 minutes!

When stretching, you want it to be strong but comfortable. You should never feel pain. If you are pregnant or nursing, please make sure not to push yourself too far as the hormones in your body can affect the flexibility of your joints.

Safe for pregnancy andĀ postpartum.
