This isn’t your traditional Pilates class; this HIIT Pilates class will get your heart pumping and your body moving!

Telsi takes it up several notches with this intense interval training class.

Here’s how it works:

  • Start with a full body warm-up
  • Set 1: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
  • 1 min rest
  • Set 2: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
  • 1 minute rest
  • Set 3: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
  • Core sequence cool down
