Telsi takes it up several notches with this intense interval training class.
Here’s how it works:
- Start with a full body warm-up
- Set 1: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
- 1 min rest
- Set 2: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
- 1 minute rest
- Set 3: 5 exercises of 45s ON and 15s OFF
- Core sequence cool down
