Foam Roller Abs

This class is short but challenging! You’ll need a full length foam roller for this class (you can purchase from the SHOP section of the website if you don’t have one).

We start off with some nice stretches, and then quickly jump into working those abs with one of our favourite props.

  • The roll-up
  • The roll-back
  • Side plank
  • Front plank
  • Ab curls
  • Reverse ab curls
  • Swan

The foam roller is an awesome tool to work your stability and help activate more muscles!
