Foam Roller Pain Relief Pilates

This beginner Pilates class uses a foam roller to ease pain and relieve muscle soreness and tension. The foam roller is a great tool to use to gently massage your muscles and work through any tight or sore areas of your body.
A foam roller class is great to do before or after another class or workout, but also a good option on its own on rest days.
This class is safe for all levels but designed for beginners who may have never used a foam roller before, or for someone who doesn’t use one very often.
