Low Impact HIIT

This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is low impact so it’s a great opportunity to get a good workout in without the stress on your joints.
Telsi begins with a nice mobility warm-up and then gets into the interval training.
How it works is you will work 45 seconds, the get 15 seconds of rest. There’s 5 movements and you’ll do 4 rounds of those movements.
