Ground flows are great for those who may find it challenging to get up and down from the mat, as most of the class is spent on hands and knees or lying down.
Ro begins with a gentle warm-up and then gets into strengthening the core and glutes, while incorporating lots of stretches and mobility exercises.
This class is the perfect balance of mobility and strength for the lower body.
