This Pilates class is designed to enhance lumbar (lower back) stability by strengthening your core and the muscles that line your spine. If you experience lower back pain, this class will show you how to build strength and stability to relieve that pain and ensure you perform exercises correctly to avoid it in the future.

Calista is a certified Pilates Instructor who is also a student at Algonquin College in Ottawa Canada. Her background is in injury rehabilitation and she has a lot of experience working with injuries and 50, 60+ population.
