Pilates For Mobility

This Pilates class focuses on the mobility of your spine, hips, legs and upper body. It’s a great class if you’re looking to work on mobilizing each body part but want a little extra challenge than a regular stretch class.
We really focus on slow and controlled movement of every joint so you can be sure you are doing each exercise properly.
This class will help you have better control and awareness of your body so you can excel in your regular Pilates classes and other workouts.
