As a former cross-country track athlete, Becky turned to Pilates as a way to heal her body from the repetitive stress of running.
Now that she is retired from running, Becky has truly embodied Pilates as a way to move her body safely, strengthening and lengthening in order to be able to participate in any activity and prevent injuries that commonly occur from high-impact exercise like running.
In this class, Becky focuses on the areas of the body commonly undertrained in runners. Do this class on your off days or before your runs.
