Postnatal Pilates Level 1

Safely reintroduce core and pelvic floor exercise in this Postnatal Level 1 Pilates class.
This class is perfect for you to do starting as early as 6 weeks postpartum or as soon as your doctor or pelvic floor physiotherapist gives you the OK to start exercise again.
You are safe to move to Level 2 once you feel this class is too easy and you are given the OK by your pelvic floor physiotherapist to progress (typically after 2-4 weeks of doing this class regularly).
