Postnatal Pilates Level 3

You can safely take this class if you:
- feel Postnatal Level 2 has become too easy
- have been doing Postnatal Level 2 class regularly for 2-4 weeks.
- have been given the OK by your pelvic floor physiotherapist to progress your exercises.
You are safe to move to regular Pilates classes once you are comfortable with all the exercises in this class and you are given the OK by your pelvic floor physiotherapist to progress (typically after 2-4 weeks of doing this class regularly).
