Increase the strength and endurance of your pelvic floor muscles from the foundation you built in Level 1 and Level 2.

You can safely take this class if you:

  • feel Postnatal Level 2 has become too easy
  • have been doing Postnatal Level 2 class regularly for 2-4 weeks.
  • have been given the OK by your pelvic floor physiotherapist to progress your exercises.

Make sure to check out the Core Breath video as well as the How to Check for Diastasis Recti video before taking this class if you haven’t already.

You are safe to move to regular Pilates classes once you are comfortable with all the exercises in this class and you are given the OK by your pelvic floor physiotherapist to progress (typically after 2-4 weeks of doing this class regularly).
