In this class Becky goes over:

  • Standing stretches
  • Squats
  • Seated arm and shoulder exercises
  • Cat and cow
  • Opposite arm and leg lifts on all fours
  • Spinal twist
  • Side lying leg lifts

If any of the exercises are uncomfortable/painful, please do not continue or modify the exercise as needed.
