Prenatal – Full Body With Becky

This full body Prenatal Pilates class will focus on safely strengthening and lengthening the entire body.
In this class Becky goes over:
- Standing stretches
- Seated arm and shoulder exercises
- Cat and cow
- Opposite arm and leg lifts on all fours
- Spinal twist
- Side lying leg lifts
If any of the exercises are uncomfortable/painful, please do not continue or modify the exercise as needed.
