This class is designed to address shoulder dysfunction or pain and will teach you how to reset your scapula (shoulder blades) and strengthen the muscles to keep them moving properly. This class will decrease your shoulder pain and improve your shoulder flexibility, enhancing the movements in your daily life and your overall exercise performance.

This class can be incorporated into your regular workout regime or done as part of a shoulder pain rehab program.
