In this all-standing, no-jumping, small-space-friendly cardio class, Jessie will take you through a series of low impact movements that will get your body warm and that high rate up! The benefits of low-intensity cardio exercises include increased circulation and blood flow, greater stability and balance, gentle development of range of motion, and increased muscular endurance – all while placing less strain on your joints and still burning those calories! Be prepared to move, to feel good, and to sweat.
