Perfect for runners, athletes, and those generally on their feet all day, this class will gently help you find space in your hamstrings, inner and outer thighs, hip flexors, glutes, and spine. Whether your goal is to release tension, find mobility, or increase flexibility, this class will have something for everyone.

Tune into your body and tune out the external noise and the chatter of your mind. A stretching strap (belt, strap, scarf, etc) is required.

 

*open to all bodies as the strap allows for the participant to decide how deeply they want to stretch.
