Yoga Strap Stretch

Rachel’s Yoga Strap Stretch using a Strap will invite you to slow down and enjoy a deep stretch. If you don’t have a yoga strap grab a strap from a robe, small towel, or scarf. The peaceful yoga class is great for beginners or anyone who wants a gentle class.
Rachel will guide you through a few deep breathes to begin class and encourages you to take a moment of gratitude for making time for yourself today. Next, you’ll move to some shoulder exercises, side body stretches and lastly some deep leg stretches. Remember to always honour your body and move out of any pose that causes you pain. This class ends with a short savannah (resting pose) but you’re welcome to rest for as long as you need.
